Utilizing yoga, relaxation techniques, painting, mindfulness, deep breathing, help them to learn lifelong calming and healthy coping strategies. Excellus BCBS, Child Health Plus, Blue Choice Option and Medicaid insurance- are accepted for ages 25 and under. Self pay cost is based on agreed upon rate.

Reiki is a very simple relaxation technique which removes blocks in your energy field.  This helps to promote healing, release toxins, and can strengthen traditional Western medicine treatments. At Soulshine, we combine sound healing with very specific essential oils to raise your vibrational energy. Our healing sessions include Hemi-sync music that emits bi-aural beats that allows the recipient to get to a whole brain state of meditation; effortlessly. Reiki may leave you feeling lighter, and more in tune with life. If you seem to be blocked in your life; your career, relationships, or just want to experience a sense calm and inner peace -give Reiki a try!  $80 per treatment and can also benefit animals-$40 

Our far infrared sauna uses light to create heat. “Far” describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. While a traditional sauna heats  the air, which in turn warms your body, an infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. Infrared induces sweating from the sebaceous glands, which is far more effective in expelling toxins than a hot air sauna. Because infrared saunas induce sweating at a lower temperature than traditional saunas, you can increase your time inside and maximize your results.

Far Infrared Saunas (FIS) heat the body from the core, allowing you to sweat out 7 times more toxins than traditional saunas. Because your head remains outside of the sauna itself, you will be more comfortable and able to experience more time in the sauna. FIS purifies the skin by cleansing the pores and eliminating accumulated cosmetics, blackheads, dirt, and dry skin. The skin is left with improved tone, brightness, texture, and elasticity. Studies show that you may burn over 1200-1400 calories in 60 minutes and that benefits were seen even in shorter 15-30-minute sessions. Q . Are there any side effects to using infrared?

A. There are no side effects from infrared exposure. Studies show that the longer the exposure, the more health benefits experienced.

Q. How hot does it get in the sauna?

A. Our FIS operates at a maximum of 110 degrees. Traditional saunas may reach 190 degrees or more. Although the FIS temperature is considerably cooler, you may sweat more than you ever have before as the far infrared heats the body from the inside out.

Q. Is FIS safe?

A. FIS is completely safe. Far infrared waves are the healthful part of sunlight. They are not UV rays and do not damage the skin.
