Soulshine is a vibe!
We are a wellness studio located on the Erie Canal in the village of Brockport. Soulshine is the manifestation of local nurse practitioner Shari Hogan. Soulshine integrates best practices from Eastern and Western medicine modalities.
Andrea Newman of Lilyput Studios, graces us monthly with her incredible talent. A sign of a true artist & mentor- she shares her simple techniques in an effortless style for all to easily follow. Everyone leaves with their own masterpiece, sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Light appetizers are served and feel free
to bring your own drink of choice!
Maureen has spent her career helping children and their families as a local school counselor from the village of Hilton. Maureen offers limited private sessions with families at Soulshine. She has been instrumental in helping local families with grief & sudden loss. Privately she meets clients for spiritual healing and closure. As an Evidential Medium, Maureen acts as a conduit between the heaven and the earth. Mediums are able to provide clear evidence that loved ones are still with us in spirit. During sessions, the goal is to bring forth clear messages for the purpose of insight and healing for clients. Often unanswered questions and unfinished business can be communicated and resolved. Often, loved ones who have crossed over are anxious to communicate - knowing they are still here in spirit can provide clients with great joy and comfort. Maureen is honored to be a part of the Soulshine team, that has the common goal of providing high quality healing and wellness to clients.
Our serene space located on the Erie Canal, is the perfect venue to educate & explore new topics as a community classroom! We are always open to suggestions for classes/workshops you are interested in taking or offering to this unique space.
The venue is available for small group gatherings, &baby/bridal showers.
Come practice along side of Shari on Thursday evenings at 5pm. This 60 minute class is for those new to yoga for any BODY. A short series of gentle yoga poses - with pillows and blocks available for added support. There is an emphasis on moving & stretching joints and muscles for improved stability.
The class closes with a calming meditation, grounding work & mindfulness focus.
